Within this environment, the Compliance function is central to maintaining the firm’s strong regulatory standing while supporting sustainable and well-controlled business development.As Compliance Officer, you will gain comprehensive exposure to the firm’s investment operations, regulatory obligations, and governance framework. This role is specifically structured to develop the successful candidate into an MFSA-approved Designated Employee, entrusted with a key business function and empowered to influence strategic decision-making at the highest level.You Will:

Compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting
Be a project lead for all regulatory matters
Oversee general compliance initiatives and standards

Skills / Experience:

Excellent ability to interpret regulatory requirements
5+ years within MiFID regulated firm or other financial services sector
Successful candidate will be subject to be PQ’d with MFSA
