- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Initiate and manage the full sales lifecycle, from cold contact and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Deliver compelling in-person and online solution demos tailored to each client's unique needs.
- Represent top-tier cybersecurity brands with professionalism and credibility in client-facing engagements.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors to shape proposals that align with both client expectations and technical deliverables.
- Manage contract renewals and ensure high client retention through consistent engagement and value delivery.
- Keep clients informed of new product developments, upgrades, and emerging technologies relevant to their needs.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the existing client base and actively pursue them.
- Work closely with marketing to align outreach campaigns with product positioning and market trends.
- Has a minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in tech or cybersecurity-related fields.
- Has a proven track record in new business acquisition and client account growth.
- Is a strong communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Is persistent, confident, and highly self-motivated, with a natural drive to achieve and exceed targets.
- Is fluent in Maltese and English.
- Has good understanding of IT infrastructure and technology ecosystems; cybersecurity knowledge is a strong asset.
- Has experience with CRM tools and sales reporting workflows.
- Has a valid driving licence and flexibility to attend on-site client meetings.
