Our client, one of the world’s leading online gambling brands, is looking for Danish-speaking Customer Service Advisors to join their dynamic team in Malta.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be the main point of contact for customers worldwide, ensuring every interaction is handled professionally and efficiently.Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with betting, payments, and account-related queries
  • Provide support via Live Chat, email, and phone
  • Deliver a high-quality customer experience in every interaction
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional tone
  • Work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Adapt to a varied schedule aligned with the sporting calendar (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)

  • Native or fluent Danish (written and spoken)
  • Good command of English
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
  • Openness to feedback and continuous improvement
  • Good computer literacy (CRM experience is an advantage)
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment is beneficial
