- Define and implement the company’s legal strategy in line with business objectives
- Advise senior management and the Board on legal risks and strategic decisions
- Lead and manage the Legal Department, ensuring strong governance and best practices
- Draft, review, and negotiate key agreements (Commercial, SaaS, Distribution, Reinsurance, Group Policies)
- Provide legal support on insurance products, policy wording, and claims-related matters
- Monitor regulatory developments and advise on EU and local legal frameworks
- Support licensing, passporting, and cross-border operations across multiple EU markets
- Provide legal guidance on new market entries, partnerships, and product launches
- Oversee litigation, disputes, and legal risk management
- Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Law
- Minimum 7 years’ experience within the non-life insurance sector
- Strong experience managing legal matters across multiple jurisdictions
- In-depth understanding of insurance products, distribution models, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness
- High level of integrity and professional judgment
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
