Our client, a leading import and distribution company, having a wide portfolio of consumer brands, is recruiting for a Senior Marketing Executive to join their team. Working closely with the head of marketing, your duties will include;

Developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing both online and offline promotional efforts.
Managing a diverse range of marketing tasks spanning short-term initiatives and long-term strategies.
Supervising marketing endeavors while evaluating campaign performance against established benchmarks.
Collaborating closely with external partners such as agencies, influencers, and suppliers, as well as internal teams, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Monitoring and optimizing the allocation of marketing resources to ensure maximum efficiency.
Analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify potential opportunities.
Playing an active role in shaping and executing the company's marketing strategies to achieve and surpass predefined objectives.
Undertaking any additional responsibilities as deemed necessary.

Skill-sets and Requirements

Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally having worked with Retail / Consumer Brands
Excellent command of the English language is required, whilst fluency in Maltese is a plus
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Highly organised with the ability to co-ordinate multiple tasks, prioritize accordingly and deliver to deadlines
Strong team player with a collaborative spirit
Willingness to continuously learn and propose new ideas
Based in Malta
