- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers across various functions;
- Collaborating with hiring managers and using diverse channels to promote open roles and attract top talent;
- Coordinating a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new hires that reflects the company's culture, vision, and values;
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements;
- Assisting in resolving employee relations matters by providing guidance and support to both employees and line managers;
- Partnering with managers to implement employee engagement and retention initiatives, including motivation and incentive programs;
- Coordinating the year-round performance management processes and contributing to the development of performance frameworks;
- Participating in HR projects focused on enhancing employee experience and organizational development; and,
- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day operations and various ad hoc responsibilities as required.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field;
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or multinational environment;
- Solid understanding of local labour laws and HR best practices;
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and recruitment processes;
- Familiarity with HR information systems and databases;
- A people-oriented and results-driven approach, with strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and perform well under pressure; and,
- A proactive, assertive mindset with a strong sense of initiative and professionalism.
