You will have the support and tools to succeed while maintaining a lifestyle that matters.As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with the Financial Controller, gaining hands-on experience across multiple areas of the pharmaceutical industry, from budgeting and forecasting to cost analysis and performance monitoring.Partnering alongside the Financial Controller, you will support the business by preparing detailed reports, analysing trends, and highlighting opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability. Your contribution will touch all areas of the organisation’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost performance, while supporting an international business operating across multiple markets.Ideal for a detail-driven professional who wants to turn analysis into actionable insights, collaborate with colleagues, and grow within a company that values development and mentorship.Enjoy flexibility and hybrid set up and collaborate with numerous professionals in a growing environment.You will:

Produce and analyse management reports and accounts
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
Support the Financial Controller with ad hoc projects and analyses

Skills & Experience:

Fully qualified or at the end of completing ACCA (Master’s Degree in Accountancy)
Previous experience as a Financial Analyst or External Auditor
Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Space
