We’re looking for a skilled Manager / Barista to join our vibrant coffee shop team in beautiful Gozo! What you’ll do: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages Manage daily shop operations smoothly Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent service Handle stock and inventory management Ensure a clean, welcoming environment for our customers What we’re looking for: Proven experience as a barista and/or manager in a coffee shop or café Strong leadership and communication skills Friendly, proactive, and customer-focused attitude Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends Passion for coffee and delivering an exceptional experienceProfilesCompetencies

Coordinate and monitor services. Monitor application of safety, hygiene and quality procedures
Follow-up organisation commercially and administratively
Establish annual budget. Monitor results
Draw up plan of employee requirements (waiters, team members...)
