We are member of the Prepaid Association of Germany (PVD).Your Department - OperationsOperations work with almost every other team within Zastrpay, ensuring seamless and efficient processes to deliver a great customer experience and making sure any issues are resolved promptly. Working in Operations will allow you to expand your knowledge and get exposure to a range of different topics and gives you the chance to contribute to building the foundations of our payment solutions.We are currently looking for someone to join us on our mission and help us scale up. Will you be our next Account Management Coordinator (m/f/x)?Job DescriptionSome of the tasks you will be doing:
  • Collecting all KYC documentation and forms necessary and conducting preliminary checks to ensure correctness and validity. You will also be saving all documents in the system as per internal protocols.
  • Having the correct data is crucial for us. You will be involved in updating and maintaining the database with all critical information about each business partner.
  • You will be involved at all stages with our business partners, from coordinating the onboarding, offboarding, and contract signing process. Throughout this process, you will be the main point of contact for our business partners.
  • Carrying out periodic reviews on business partner accounts before and when they become due.
  • The team would also need your support with procedural and process documentation and any ad-hoc tasks to assist other departments within C2D.
QualificationsYou will be a great fit if:
  • You have a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
  • At least 2 years experience in an account management role.
  • Holding strong organisational skills including excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Extra points if you have any of the following:
  • Experience working in an online, fintech, or fast-moving industry.
  • Experience in working in compliance and/or operational roles with a focus on legal entities in Banking/Payments.
  • Experience in day-to-day KYC/AML operations with a focus on legal entities.
