Our culinary team supports multiple outlets and service styles, delivering high-quality desserts and pastry items in a fast-paced, high-volume hotel environment.We are currently recruiting pastry team members to support daily pastry operations across the hotel.This vacancy includes opportunities for the following pastry roles:

Role allocation will be based on experience, skills, and operational requirements.What we’re looking for:

Previous experience in a professional pastry kitchen or hotel environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, food preparation, hygiene, and safety standards
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
A team-oriented, reliable, and detail-focused approach
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
