Facility Manager (Care)

• Provide personalized physical and psycho-social care fostering professional integrity to cultivate positive relationships among staff and residents.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, legal regulations, and service users' needs by overseeing food operations, housekeeping, maintenance, administrative services, and legislative requirements, including audits.
• Ensure efficient operations through timely reporting, procurement management, regulatory compliance, and comprehensive asset management, including inventory control and capital expenditure facilitation.
• Implement efficient financial management practices, including cost control, resource allocation, and waste reduction initiatives, while ensuring adherence to budget goals
• Foster constructive relationships with stakeholders including government bodies, residents, staff, and relatives while employing proactive conflict resolution strategies to address complaints and minimize conflicts.

• Degree in Health and Social Care will be considered an asset
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role; Nursing Background experience will be considered an asset
• Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrate the ability to handle challenging situations, delegate effectively, and show empathy towards clients and staff.
• Exhibit excellent time management, critical thinking, and analytical abilities.
• Lead with integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness, promoting professionalism in all interactions.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with managers, superiors, and colleagues to enhance coordination and synergy.
