We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to help shape our in-house developed, world-class Sportsbook used by hundreds of thousands of customers! The WowOur mission is to put customers at the heart of our business through unrivalled user experiences. You will play a crucial part in achieving that working across multiple brands and markets, collaborating closely with fellow designers, product managers, researchers and developers.The role is key in our continuous discovery, turning insights into clear, customer‑focused product experiences. You’ll be responsible for creating top-notch product design from the ground up, catered for mobile web and native apps, always with platform specific conventions and behaviours in mind.A taster of what you will be involved with:

Delivering user‑focused, research‑informed designs grounded in a deep, empathetic understanding of customer motivations
Collaborate with product, research and tech to uncover customer needs. Interpret behaviour data, and translate insights into compelling, functional and engaging user experiences and interfaces that address real user needs
Working within a mature internal design system, while also keeping up to date with platform-specific guidelines for Android and iOS
Contributing to and influencing the progression of our internal design system
Operating effectively in cross‑functional, lean/agile teams as well as working independently when needed

What we are looking for

You love the craft and have 5 years of experience
You’re adept at making the complex simple, for native apps and mobile web
You got superb interaction and visual design skills, and your portfolio demonstrates end‑to‑end product thinking, from insight to shipped
You communicate confidently in English while bringing structure, rationale, and finesse to your work
Experience in fast‑paced, data‑rich environments is a strong plus
A keen interest in sports
