Finance Manager

• Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial planning

• Manage the finance team, supporting staff development, and ensuring proper controls are in place to mitigate business risks

• Prepare management accounts, financial reports, and detailed reconciliations to support business decisions

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal policies

• Act as a key point of contact for external auditors, coordinating annual audits and preparing supporting documentation

• Contribute to improving financial processes and strengthening internal controls as the business scales

• 5 years’ hands-on experience in an accounting role (experience in the hospitality industry is preferred)

• Fluency in both Maltese and English

• Strong analytical skills with a sharp eye for detail and accuracy

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines

• Confidence to oversee financial operations and take ownership of outcomes

• A degree in Accountancy or an ACCA qualification
