We are therefore seeking a motivated and reliable Junior Electrician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further develop their career in the electrical field.As a Junior Electrician at Multigas, you will benefit from the guidance and expertise of an experienced electrical team, as well as receive professional training in your area of specialisation.Duties & Responsabilities
  • Carry out maintenance work on electrical machinery and installations to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Assist senior electricians with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  • Support wiring, lighting, and electrical fixture installations.
  • Assist in connecting, measuring, and calibrating equipment on field devices as instructed by a competent person, and record data accordingly.
  • Ensure safe working practices at all times.
  • Participate in fault finding and troubleshooting regarding potential machinery faults or breakdowns.
  • Be able to read and interpret electrical schematics /power and control under the guidance of the senior electrical people.
  • Assist in the organisation of the workshop , allocating space for tools and equipment readily available for the job.
Skill Experiences & Qualifications
  • Hold a Wireman Licence A and be willing to obtain a Wireman Licence B within two years of employment.
  • Have a minimum of one year of experience in a similar environment.
  • Be eager to learn, able to take direction, and work effectively within a team.
