You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.Our Team, Your ImpactEnsure the safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operation and maintenance of site utilities-including steam, HVAC, electrical systems, fire suppression and detection, compressed air, SCADA, nitrogen distribution, chilled water, and purified water systems-to support uninterrupted plant operations.This role also provides senior-level technical guidance, supports training of new staff, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives across the Utilities function.How You'll Spend Your Day

Perform end-to-end maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of utilities and plant equipment
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to improve reliability and reduce downtime
Lead complex troubleshooting and act as a technical escalation point for junior staff
Ensure all activities comply with SOPs, cGMP, and EHS requirements
Support onboarding, training, and coaching of technicians
Monitor contractor activities and ensure compliance with site procedures
Identify and implement improvements for system performance and energy efficiency
Maintain accurate, real-time documentation of all maintenance activities

Your Skills and ExperienceSkills

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong adherence to SOPs, cGMP, and regulatory requirements
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Strong organizational skills and ownership of tasks
Leadership, mentoring, and coaching capability

Experience

Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar technical/maintenance role
Experience in utilities systems (HVAC, electrical, compressed air, water systems, etc.)
Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., pharmaceutical manufacturing) is preferred

Also Good to Have

MQF Level 4 in a technical field or equivalent
