Senior Sales Support Executive

• Plan and forecast orders
• Prepare orders for the purchase of supplies
• Liaise with healthcare suppliers to fulfill diverse client requirements
• Report and analyse patterns of sales
• Other office duties as required from time to time

• Have an O' level standard of education
• Experience in a similar role is considered an asset however training will be given
• Have experience in accounting platforms similar to Sage, preferred
• Fluent in English and preferably Maltese too, verbal and written
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools especially Excel
• Be an effective communicator and a quick learner
• An organized, proactive team player able to work independently and in a team
