  • Carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks 🔧🪛
  • Install, repair, and maintain electrical ⚡, plumbing 🚰, carpentry 🪚, flooring 🧱, doors 🚪, and windows 🪟
  • Diagnose faults 🔍 and resolve issues efficiently ✔️
  • Collaborate with contractors 👷, foremen, and team members 🤝 to meet deadlines ⏱️
  • Prepare tools 🧰 and materials to keep every job running smoothly
  • Take on painting 🎨, renovations 🏠, and finishing projects to a high standard
  • Handle light duties like fixture replacements💡, appliance installation/removal 🔌, and site tidiness 🧹
  • Follow health & safety regulations ⚠️🦺 at all times
