Fondazzjoni Wirt Artna is seeking to employ Ticketing/ Sales Staff who are highly driven and possess a strong passion for sales to work at one of our museums. The job is for a full timer on a permanent basis.The duties and responsibilities are, but not limited: • To serve customers in the most professional manner; • To replenish the shop on a daily basis, and as the need arises; • To replace sick colleagues and others on vacation leave; • To handle and man the cash point and reconcile the cash register Experience in the field is not a must, however, the below will be considered an asset: • A pleasant customer oriented approach; • Ideally but not necessarily be fluent in both Maltese and English; • Willing to work feast days and also weekends • Basic computer skills. Additionally the ideal candidate should be self-motivated organised and people focused, have a customer centric personality and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.ProfilesCompetencies

Draw up tenancy agreements. Follow-up rent and expense collection (proof of payment, proceed in case of non-payment...)
Monitor budget of commercial actions
Set up database of customers and prospects
Reply to calls for tenders. Draft commercial proposals. Establish performance values with customers in contract
Negotiate commercial contracts with purchasing bodies (references, rates list, promotions...)
