Are you organised, customer-focused, and looking to further develop your career in the insurance sector? We are seeking a motivated individual to join our network team as a Branch Officer. This role is ideal for someone who already has a grounding in customer service and is keen to build on their skills, grow professionally, and contribute positively to a dynamic branch environment. You will:

Support the day to day running of the branch, helping ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Assist customers by answering enquiries, providing information about our products, and preparing basic quotations.
Help with renewals and follow-ups, ensuring customers receive a professional and helpful service at all times.
Work closely with your team to maintain a welcoming environment and deliver excellent customer care.

What we’re looking for:

An ‘A’ level standard of education or similar qualification.
Previous experience in customer service is an asset, but not essential — training will be provided.
Good communication skills in both Maltese and English.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
A supportive team player who enjoys helping people.
A valid driving licence.

Work-Life Balance

Shorter week: Enjoy the benefits of a 4-day work week. Working hours are from 8.30am – 6pm on weekdays, with one weekday off each week; and on the last Saturday of each month from 8.30am – 1pm. The rest of the weekends are always yours to relax and recharge.
