Adapt, repair, convert non-metal moulds, shapes, forms...
Analyse technical and functional problems. Propose improvements, technical adjustments...
Identify defective or broken-down parts and repair or replace them
Check and replace tools and instruments in production machines (production line)
Check conformity of fabricated moulds
Determine draft phases and operational handling of moulds
Prepare necessary materials for production of moulds - adapt or process patterns, profiles...
Detect causes of faults in products (moulds contamination, chisels position, thermal shock...); make adjustments
Determine different processing stages/adjustment values (tolerance, position, surface description...) of the piece/tool
Assemble, disassemble and adjust tools (tools, moulds, clamps...)
Assemble or disassemble, adjust moulds and tools (cores, stamps, chisels...) on machinery (presses...)
