- Embedded within Product Operations, supporting Product, Design, and Research
- Focused on execution and enablement, not AI or platform strategy ownership
- Acts as a righthand partner to Product Operations for AI related initiatives
- Bridges Product thinking with AI operational design and orchestration
- Strong bias toward practical, repeatable solutions over theory
- Focused on patterns and scalability rather than one off solutions
- Measures success through adoption, usage, and workflow improvement
- Supporting the identification and prioritisation of AI adoption opportunities across Product teams
- Researching, testing, and validating AI tools to understand where they add real value to Product workflows
- Designing and operationalising AI enabled workflows for activities such as documentation, planning, QA support, reporting, and reviews
- Shaping how product knowledge, inputs, and decisions are structured, reviewed, curated, and maintained for AI consumption
- Improving team hygiene through AI assisted summaries, insights, and structured outputs
- Embedding AI into everyday product workflows, rituals, and tooling in a consistent and scalable way
- Defining standards, patterns, and guardrails for how AI is used across Product Operations
- Creating and maintaining Product side AI agents, prompts, and workflows at the operational layer
- Partnering closely with Engineering and Core AI teams to ensure Product inputs are correctly structured for downstream AI workflows
- Supporting approaches to tool ingestion, knowledge curation, and review processes, without owning underlying systems or platforms
- Identifying reusable patterns and workflows that can be scaled across teams
- Sharing learnings, patterns, and practical recommendations with Product Operations and stakeholders
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, or generative AI in practical, applied contexts
- Strong understanding of product or digital delivery environments
- Comfortable working with modern AI tools, platforms, and automation concepts
- Ability to move quickly from idea to validated, repeatable operational solutions
- Pragmatic mindset with a focus on what works in real world team settings
- Hands on approach to designing, testing, and improving workflows and standards
- Experience or interest in tools such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar
- Strong problem solving skills and ability to translate business needs into operational solutions
- Comfortable working across Product, Design, Engineering, and AI stakeholders
- AI is embedded into everyday workflows across Product teams
- Low value operational tasks are reduced or automated at scale
- Documentation, summaries, and reporting are consistently high quality and loweffort
- Product knowledge and decisions are captured in clearer, more structured formats
- Teams operate faster with reduced manual overhead
- AI adoption increases without introducing additional complexity or process burden
- Reusable workflows and patterns reduce duplication and fragmentation over time
- Does not own core AI platforms or production systems
- Does not replace Engineering, Data, or Core AI responsibilities
- Does not independently develop or deploy production code
- Focuses on Product Operations enablement, not technical delivery ownership
