What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build Your Own Niche – Own a specialist financial and legal market and develop it into a high-performing portfolio.
  • Lead Generation & Outreach – Use your cold outreach expertise to identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities.
  • Client Engagement – Book meetings with top clients and work toward leading your own client relationships.
  • Grow Into Full Sales Cycle – Progress into managing the entire sales process end-to-end as you advance.
  • Hit Targets & Earn Big – Your drive fuels your success – and your commission.
Who You Are
  • 1–5 years of sales experience (B2C, SDR, BDR) and hungry for more responsibility.
  • Confident on the phone and comfortable with cold outreach.
  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by uncapped earnings.
  • Excited about relocating to Malta and joining a high-energy, international team.
