This company is a licensed e-money and payment institution based in Malta, and they provide cross-border payment solutions. They provide solutions that help international businesses manage payments and transactions efficiently across different markets.As MLRO, you will report directly to the Board of Directors, while coordinating with Group Compliance and overseeing outsourced functions in support of the compliance team.You will:

Represent the institution on AML matters and liaise with the MFSA and FIAU
Support regulatory and statutory audits
Oversee transaction monitoring for AML and fraud
Implement and monitor risk management policies

Skills/ Experience:

Already authorised by the MFSA for a comparable role within a licensed financial institution
Minimum 3 years’ experience as MLRO or Designated Official
