- Maintain strong client relationships by acting as the key point of contact and addressing queries in a timely manner
- Collect information from clients to assess their insurance needs and evaluate risk profiles
- Process documentation for policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Handle mid-term policy changes in accordance with client requests
- Review policies to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements
- Stay up to date with industry regulations and internal policies to ensure full compliance across all accounts
- Generate reports on account status, renewals, and policy amendments as required
- Coordinate with internal departments to implement policy updates while maintaining compliance
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in the industry, preferably in Corporate Insurance
- Fluent in English at a C2+ level
- Native-level proficiency in Maltese (non-negotiable)
- Strong team player with excellent time-management skills

- Salary of up to €33K depending on experience
