San Andrea School is seeking a dependable Facilities Helper to assist with the upkeep, maintenance, and smooth running of the school premises.We are looking for a motivated Facilities Helper to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of San Andrea School. Inform client on damage to furniture and appliances and if possible make repairs
Replace windows or repair cracks and dents
Repair or replace handles, glass, rails of doors and windows
Detect faulty parts and replace them as part of repair and maintenance works
Organise, plan and follow-up precautionary or corrective maintenance works
Diagnose installation malfunctions and repair broken parts
Perform simple residential maintenance jobs for clients (handywork)
Execute basic maintenance of appliances and equipment
Execute maintenance of: schools
