- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, or chat
- Assist passengers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel inquiries
- Offer accurate information about airline services, policies, and travel requirements
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of service quality
- Accurately document interactions and update customer records in internal systems
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet service and performance targets
- Native or near-native German (C2 level)
- Strong English communication skills (C1 level)
- Previous experience in customer service or contact centre environments is an advantage
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
- Must currently reside in Malta (local candidates only)
- Month 1: €5.60 per hour
- Month 2: €8.10 per hour
- After probation: €8.50 per hour
- After 12 months: €8.75 per hour (performance-based)
- After 18 months: €9.20 per hour (performance-based)
- Performance Bonus: Up to €2,000 per year (paid quarterly, eligible after the 6‑month probation period)
- Language Allowance: €250 per month (after completion of training)
- Relocation Allowance: €2,000 (paid after 1 month of employment)
