With data at our core and curiosity in our DNA, we work together to create meaningful, measurable impact.We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Executive, User Acquisition to support our mobile marketing initiatives and help drive user growth for our portfolio of social casino gaming apps.Reporting directly to the UA Manager, you will play a key role in the execution and optimization of user acquisition campaigns. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop expertise in the mobile gaming industry and grow within a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management – Support the execution and day-to-day management of app traffic campaigns across ad networks and digital channels, with a focus on acquiring high-quality users at scale.Performance Analysis – Conduct campaign performance analysis (LTV, ROI, cohort analysis) to identify trends and optimization opportunities, under the guidance of the Team Lead.Creative Collaboration – Work with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and messaging tailored to our target audience of gamers.Data Utilization – Use mobile analytics platforms such as Appsflyer to generate insights and inform campaign adjustments.Reporting – Track and report on channel performance, including value and creative metrics.Industry Awareness – Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform strategy discussions.Support UA Strategy – Contribute to overall user acquisition efforts by experimenting with new channels and tactics to continuously improve performance.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to mobile user acquisition (experience in social gaming, gaming, or gambling preferred).Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as IronSource, Unity Ads, AppLovin, and other ad networks.Experience with mobile analytics tools such as Appsflyer (or similar) is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and contribute to optimization efforts.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.Adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Why Join Us?Opportunity to grow and specialize in mobile user acquisition within the gaming industry.Work directly with experienced UA professionals and learn best practices.Gain exposure to top industry tools, platforms, and marketing strategies.Be part of a collaborative global team driving the success of social casino apps.Diversity and Inclusion
