- Own the daily execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing), ensuring performance, tracking accuracy, and budget control
- Set up, manage, and scale Search campaigns, including keywords, bid management, ad testing, and query expansion
- Monitor and optimize key KPIs: CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC, impression share, and traffic quality
- Maintain structured and scalable accounts (keywords, match types, negatives, RSAs, extensions, landing pages)
- Produce clear, actionable reports highlighting performance, drivers, and next steps
- Manage creative workflows: briefs, asset coordination, and implementation QA
- Support retargeting and CRM-driven campaigns: audience setup, segmentation, and messaging aligned to lifecycle stages
- Assist with programmatic campaigns in Adform DSP, including retargeting, audience management, and frequency control
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing / Media Buying (agency or in-house)
- Strong experience with Google Search Ads and Microsoft Ads (Bing)
- Solid understanding of performance KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR) and ability to turn insights into actions
- Experience with Adform DSP (retargeting, audiences, frequency management)
- Experience with Google Tag Manager (QA, debugging, or implementation)
- Detail-oriented, structured, and reliable in handling budgets, tracking, and campaign setup
- Professional level of English; German is a plus
