- Taking ownership of generating and updating performance reports. Utilizing data analysis skills to extract insights and offer recommendations for improvements
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to execute departmental projects as defined by management
- Executing regular traffic quality checks based on internal procedures
- Conducting reviews on affiliate commissions calculation, ensuring accuracy based on predetermined terms and performance metrics
- Providing valuable support to the affiliate team by assisting with various tasks, projects, and ad-hoc requests related to the affiliate platform
- Monitoring affiliate tracking systems to validate the accurate attribution of player activity and conversions
- Assisting in the creation and upkeep of the affiliate program's marketing materials
- Excellent communication and writing skills in English
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with numbers
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make informed decisions
- Meticulous and rigorous approach to tasks, coupled with a creative mindset to add flair and innovation to analytical processes and problem-solving
- Capacity to work collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- At least 3 months service in the Group
- Performance Appraisal rating equals or above 3
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
