- Monitor and moderate online interactions, reviewing images, accounts, and text-based content.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide accurate and efficient responses to customer inquiries using appropriate tools.
- Meet individual and team performance targets for customer support quality and efficiency.
- Identify trends, report common user issues, and suggest improvements to workflows.
- Escalate fraud cases and policy violations through internal systems.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on moderation policies and procedures.
- Support different workflows, clients, and markets as needed.
- Language Skills: Native in Swedish with B2 level English proficiency.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel and Word.
- No prior experience requiredyour ability to learn and adapt is more important!
- Strong attention to detail, quick decision-making, and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a structured and fast-paced environment.
- Work Hours: Rotational shifts from 07:00 AM to 00:00 AM (morning and late shifts).
- Working Days: 5 days per week with 2 days off.
- Employment Type: Indefinite contract.
- Performance Bonus: Up to 200, awarded twice per year (after 6 months, then every February and August).
- Quarterly Government Support: 130 bonus.
