Sports CRM Specialist

• Implement, revamp and own the Sportsbook lifecycle and customer journey
• Work closely with the CRM team to execute sportsbook campaign whilst taking ownership of Sportsbook retention figures.
• Report indirectly to the Head of Sportsbook, ensuring vertical growth.
• Create data-driven and localised CRM strategies for Sportsbook.
• Update the team's knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and CRM best practices
• Enable effective budget management and allocation, forecasting campaign metrics like engagement, cost, ROI, and other key performance indicators for the accurate evaluation and optimization of campaigns.

• Work closely with other departments and be up to speed on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitor strategies, and CRM best practices!

• Good experience working with CRM tools and Sports campaigns

• Sports betting knowledge, campaign planning, campaign executor, analytical skills and iGaming experience.
• If you speak Finnish it would be considered an asset!

• This role is offered on a full-time basis in Ta' Xbiex Malta
