- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting across Group entities.
- Prepare and support the consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and management accounts, also supporting the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and local statutory and tax requirements.
- Act as a key contact point for auditors and support the audit process.
- Perform variance analysis and prepare performance reports for management.
- Provide analytical support to improve cost control and operational efficiency.
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital across the Group, and support treasury activities, including bank reconciliations, funding monitoring, and forex exposure tracking.
- Assist in optimising financing costs and banking arrangements.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships with banks, financial institutions, and various stakeholders as required
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives within finance.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Support the maintenance and improvement of financial systems and reporting tools, also assisting in strengthening internal controls, including intercompany processes.
- 5 + years' experience in finance roles, with strong exposure to reporting and compliance.
- Solid experience overseeing financial management, consolidation support, budgeting, and treasury monitoring.
- Experience in a manufacturing or multi-entity environment will be considered a strong asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- ACCA, ACA, CIMA qualified, or at the final stages of being so
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
