As part of this growth, the Compliance function sits at the core of the firm’s governance framework, ensuring regulatory excellence while enabling sustainable commercial expansion. Working in close partnership with senior management, the function promotes a culture of integrity, accountability, and risk-aware decision-making throughout the business.In this role, the Head of Compliance will develop a comprehensive view of the firm’s operations, risk profile, and regulatory obligations. The objective is for the successful candidate to become a designated person approved by the MFSA, holding ultimate responsibility for the compliance framework and playing a critical role in the company’s long-term strategic success.You Will:

Compliance & Governance strategy oversight
Key function holder – liaise with MFSA
Build and lead compliance/governance team

Skills / Experience:

Excellent ability to interpret regulatory requirements
5+ years within the payments/fintech sector
Previously Approved compliance officer (in Malta)
