
Finance Executive

- Vetting and timely posting of supplier invoices.
- Chasing of supplier invoices.
- Regular supplier statement reconciliations.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
- Adhering to suppliers’ credit terms by identifying overdue invoices.
- Liaising with other inhouse operational departments.
- Performing month end routines including provisions and other ad-hoc tasks.
- The ideal candidate would have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar role within an operational environment.
- Applicants must have a minimum of an ‘A’ level standard of education.
- Knowledge and experience of the aviation industry will be considered as an asset.
- An effective team player who is flexible, works out of own initiative and has strong communication skills.
- Demonstrate a can-do attitude, is highly organised, meticulous and attentive to detail.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office applications, especially Excel.
- Be able to work under tight deadlines and pressure whilst maintaining high level of accuracy.
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics is considered an asset.
- Experience in the aviation industry is desirable.
