- Support accounts executives with accurate financial data entry and daily issue resolution.
- Contribute to the enhancement and streamlining of core accounting processes.
- Aid in the development, implementation, and evaluation of internal control systems.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and identifying key variances from budgets and forecasts.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor control accounts regularly.
- Track and analyze cash flow and key financial metrics to evaluate company performance.
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Collaborate with IT to enhance financial automation and reporting; coordinate with external auditors to ensure timely audit readiness.
- ACCA part-qualified (F1–F9) or equivalent academic background.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with Shireburn Accounting and SAP Business One is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Capable of planning and managing workload independently while contributing to team success.
