- Bacholer's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
- 2+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning models
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with computer vision and/or time series analysis
- Knowledge of privacy-preserving machine learning techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities to explain complex concepts
- Experience with healthcare AI applications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for AI in healthcare (GDPR, HIPAA)
- Background in anomaly detection or behavioral analysis
- Experience with edge AI deployment for IoT devices
- Publications or contributions to the field of AI in healthcare
