Our client is a well known design consultancy expanding various teams due to increased project awards.A Property Valuer with expertise in property assessment and valuation is required to support a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects. Although this role is primarily to undertake valuations, those considering a dual role of architecture and valuation can be considered.Key Responsibilities

Undertake property valuations for residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets.
Prepare detailed valuation reports for clients, financial institutions, and stakeholders.
Apply recognised valuation methodologies (e.g., market, income, and cost approaches).
Analyse market data, comparable properties, and investment trends.
Support feasibility studies and development appraisals.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor degree in Architecture or related subject
Minimum 3–5 years’ professional experience, including exposure to property valuation.
Strong knowledge of Maltese planning processes and regulations.
Experience in preparing valuation reports and conducting market analysis.
Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite).
Excellent analytical, report writing, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
