We’re seeking a Quantity Surveyor – Cost Controller to monitor project costs, work with project managers on budgeting, and prepare detailed reports. You’ll help identify and resolve cost issues and conduct site visits as needed.What's expected of you?

Monitor project expenses compared to approved budgets, identify discrepancies, and suggest corrective measures
Work closely with project managers to ensure precise cost allocation and prompt reporting
Proactively spot and communicate issues to Project Managers as they occur
Perform site visits when required
Compile detailed weekly and monthly cost reports, outlining issues with thorough explanations

What are you expected to bring?

Solid knowledge of construction, especially civil works, with a minimum of five (5) years’ experience. Candidates may be Civil Engineers, Architects, or Quantity Surveyors
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Experience with Power BI is an advantage
Excellent analytical abilities with strong attention to detail and accuracy
Skilled in interpreting technical drawings, contracts, and bills of quantities
Effective communication and teamwork skills for collaborating with project teams and stakeholders
Familiarity with local construction regulations and current market rates
