You will be joining a fast-growing iGaming service provider that equips operators with a full suite of high-performance services including Gaming Services, Casino & Sportsbook Marketing, Operations, VIP Management, Creative, Data & BI, and more. The company is based in a central location of Malta in a modern and new team.As Customer Support Team Leader (German-speaking), you will lead and develop a dedicated support team, serve as the primary escalation point, drive KPIs, coach agents daily, and shape operational excellence in a dynamic, player-focused environment.You will be side-by-side alongside leadership, influence strategy, and have real ownership over team performance and wellbeing.You will:

Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and feedback to agents and senior agents.
Act as the primary escalation point for sensitive or complex customer and operational issues.
Monitor key KPIs (quality, productivity, attendance, communication) and prepare performance reports for management.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training in collaboration with relevant departments.

Skills & Qualifications:

Native German speaker with fluent English
Leadership or team-lead experience in Customer Support or Operations (iGaming an advantage)
