improvement in service delivery and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement a forward-looking technology services strategy
- Engage proactively with C-level executives to align strategic priorities and
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous

- Encourage the adoption of modern practices and tools that enhance
- Establish and standardise a project management framework to
improve the consistency and quality of service delivery.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
- Oversee the delivery of core technology services including infrastructure,
- Ensure service excellence through effective incident, problem, and change
- Drive improvements in service quality, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Embed security and compliance into all aspects of technology service
- Ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001,
- Proactively assess and mitigate risks, promoting a strong culture of
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, cloud providers,
- Conduct regular service delivery reviews with customers to assess
exceed expectations.Team Leadership
- Inspire, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of technology
- Promote professional development and high performance within the
- Align team goals with organizational priorities and foster accountability.
- Monitor and manage service tickets generated through contracted
accountability, and alignment with service level agreements.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to foster open
collaboratively develop actionable plans that support a positive,
employee-driven culture.
