The Head of Business Solutions is responsible for shaping and executing a strategic
vision for technology services that supports the organization’s business objectives. This
role emphasizes leadership, innovation, and operational excellence, focusing on
delivering high-quality, secure, and scalable technology solutions. The Head will lead
cross-functional teams, foster strategic partnerships, and ensure continuous
improvement in service delivery and customer experience.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership
  • Develop and implement a forward-looking technology services strategy
aligned with organizational goals.
  • Engage proactively with C-level executives to align strategic priorities and
drive continuous improvements in customer-facing service delivery.Innovation & Continuous Improvement
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous
improvement across technology teams within the Enterprise Support
Group.
  • Encourage the adoption of modern practices and tools that enhance
service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Establish and standardise a project management framework to
streamline workflows, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and
improve the consistency and quality of service delivery.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the
effectiveness and value of technology services.Service Delivery & Operations
  • Oversee the delivery of core technology services including infrastructure,
cloud platforms, enterprise applications, and end-user support.
  • Ensure service excellence through effective incident, problem, and change
management practices.
  • Drive improvements in service quality, reliability, and responsiveness.
Governance & Risk Management
  • Embed security and compliance into all aspects of technology service
delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001,
GDPR).
  • Proactively assess and mitigate risks, promoting a strong culture of
cybersecurity awareness.Stakeholder Engagement
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with vendors, cloud providers,
and managed service partners.
  • Conduct regular service delivery reviews with customers to assess
performance, gather feedback, and ensure services consistently meet or
exceed expectations.Team Leadership
  • Inspire, mentor, and lead a multidisciplinary team of technology
professionals.
  • Promote professional development and high performance within the
team.
  • Align team goals with organizational priorities and foster accountability.
  • Monitor and manage service tickets generated through contracted
engagements, such as managed services, to ensure timely resolution,
accountability, and alignment with service level agreements.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to foster open
communication, identify individual needs and aspirations, and
collaboratively develop actionable plans that support a positive,
employee-driven culture.
