Position Type Non-ManagementPOSITION SUMMARYWe are currently seeking to recruit Service Express Agents on full-time basis. This position’s main function entails answering and directing all telephone calls, whilst handling guests’ requests promptly and professionally, with the aim of providing maximum guest/customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include accurate food and beverage orders taking and recording for the provision of timely in-room dining meals, the proper distribution of daily amenities as well as liaising with other departments to handle guests’ requests.In performing this role, the successful applicant must meet the following requirements:

Diploma/ Certificate in hospitality/hotel operations or an Advanced Level of Education
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Fluency in English and in other European languages
Customer Service Skills
