- Plan, create, and update menus in line with the brand’s identity
- Ensure consistent food quality and presentation
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen brigade
- Maintain a positive and professional working environment
- Have at least two years’ experience in a senior kitchen role within a reputable establishment
- Be passionate about food and committed to high standards
- Be a strong leader, capable of motivating and managing a team
- Communicate effectively in English
- Be reliable, flexible, and possess a professional attitude
- Ideally hold a culinary qualification from a recognised institution
- Be in possession of a valid work permit to work in Malta and a clean police conduct
