International Business Development Manager (Tech Solutions)

Heroix is collaborating with a leading technology-driven organisation to recruit a commercially focused professional who will contribute to expanding its international presence. This role centres on identifying new market opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of advanced compliance and analytics solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Business’s growth strategy across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new commercial opportunities through outreach, industry networking, and targeted prospecting activities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Engage with prospective clients to understand their operational needs, translating these into tailored solution offerings.
  • Product Presentations: Deliver engaging demonstrations that clearly communicate the value and functionality of the Company’s technology solutions.
  • Commercial Proposals: Prepare structured and compelling proposals that address client requirements and highlight key benefits.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead discussions on pricing and contractual terms, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and successful client implementation.
  • Account Development: Maintain ongoing relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills, and Attributes
  • Education: A Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience: Demonstrated success in a commercial or sales-focused role, ideally within technology, financial services, or compliance-related sectors.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English is required to succeed in this role. The ability to communicate in Maltese would be an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to present complex concepts clearly and confidently to a range of stakeholders, including senior executives.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in building trust-based relationships and maintaining a client-centric approach.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with areas such as financial regulation, AML frameworks, fraud prevention, or KYC processes would be advantageous.
  • Organisation: Capable of managing multiple opportunities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-Motivated: Results-driven with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Problem-Solving: Analytical thinker with the ability to identify client challenges and propose effective solutions.
