The Farm Worker will be responsible for the daily care, management, and welfare of laying hens, as well as the collection, cleaning, and packaging of eggs.This role involves maintaining a clean and safe environment for the poultry, ensuring high standards of animal welfare, and supporting the overall efficiency of the egg production process.ProfilesCompetencies

Distribute the right amounts of fodder (bucket, drinking bottle, suckling machines)
Carry out basic maintenance of equipment. Maintain agricultural buildings (painting, roofing, fences...)
Check if animal is healthy or pregnant. Administer preventive or curative care
Clean and disinfect breeding spaces, installations and equipment
Take care of manual or automated distribution of fodder for animals (bucket, automatic feeder...)
Regroup and catch animals. Collect farmed product (eggs, oysters...)
Pack products according to features, orders and mode of transport (oysters, fish, cheese, eggs...)
Prepare (milking) handling (regrouping, position of the animals...)
Prepare and distribute daily ration of animal feed. Fill up stables with straw. Monitor animals in gestation period
Recognise symptoms of illness or pain in animals
