Junior Executive - Corporate Services

• Manage a small portfolio of clients, addressing their needs in a timely manner in accordance with regulatory procedures.
• Prepare corporate documentation for company incorporations and annual maintenance.
• Maintain an organised and structured client filing system.
• Respond to inquiries and requests from clients, managers and internal departments.
• Liaise with the Malta Business Registry, Banks, International Tax Unit and the VAT Department.

• At least 1 year of experience in a corporate or administrative role.
• A relevant diploma or degree in a related area (minimum at MQF level 5)
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrates a customer-focused mindset, understanding and responding to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Demonstrates problem-solving skills that contribute to effective decision-making processes.
• Shows enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new tasks.
• Upholds ethical standards and values, supporting a culture of integrity and accountability within the team.
