Our client, a well-established Corporate Service Provider in Swatar, Malta, is looking for a Senior Tax Executive to join their growing team. Must be fully qualified in Accountancy or equivalent (ACA, ACCA), with a CPA warrant.This is a hybrid role that offers a salary of up to €35K depending on experience.Due to the urgency of the role, only candidates who are already based in Malta can be considered.Role & ResponsibilitiesOversee client tax matters to ensure compliance and on-time filing.Review junior team members' tax returns for accuracy and completeness.Prepare corporate and individual tax returns and related forms.Liaise with tax authorities regarding client compliance and queries.Support the tax advisory department with complex client projects.Help prepare training materials and articles on relevant tax topics.Work with the team to identify and suggest improvements to our processes.Guide and support junior colleagues with their technical workEducation, Skills & ExperienceFully qualified Accountant or equivalent (ACA, ACCA), with a CPA warrant2+ years of tax experience with expertise in Maltese taxProficient in Excel, Word, as well as SAGEExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Maltese and EnglishRelevant tax qualifications (like MIT, ADIT) are advantageousAbout the RoleSalary of up to €35K depending on experience and performance bonusHybrid with flexible hours - on Fridays the office closes at 14:00Free ParkingHealth Insurance & Wellness AllowanceOpportunities to attend industry eventsStudy leave and opportunities for career growthApply with your detailed CV, please*JobMatchingPartner Limited is a recruitment agency licenced in Malta, EU with licence no EA00340-2024.
