As Chef de Rang, you will be the face of our exquisite dining experience, guiding guests throughout their visit and attending to their every need with finesse.Responsibilities:

Your professional demeanour will shine as you greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and provide personalized attention to ensure their complete satis-faction.
Your meticulous eye for detail will be showcased as you prepare the dining section, ensuring it is impeccably set up and ready to welcome our esteemed guests.
Your dedication to outstanding service will be evident as you cater to any special requests made by our discerning customers, going above and beyond to exceed their expectations.
With a composed and empathetic approach, you will address any com- plaints or queries promptly, resolving issues to uphold our commitment to ex- cellence.
Working closely with the outlet manager, you will ensure seamless coordi- nation and flow in the dining area, delivering a harmonious dining experience for our cherished guests.
Your passion for our culinary offerings will drive you to stay up-to-date with our ever-changing menu, allowing you to confidently describe each dish and provide insightful recommendations.
Your mentorship will elevate our team, as you skilfully train and guide our commis waiters to deliver service that reflects our unwavering standards.

Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of working experience in esteemed establishments will showcase your ability to deliver world-class service.
Possessing a diploma or certificate in the Food & Beverage field will be a testament to your passion for hospitality and dedication to your craft
