- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
- Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
- Oversee office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
- Handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Collaborate with HR teams globally to ensure consistent practices and policies.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects across regions.
- Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees worldwide.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 + years of experience in HR coordination and office administration, preferably in a global setting.
- Strong understanding of Maltese HR processes and best practices.
