  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and liaising with candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes efficiently.
  • Coordinate training programs and development initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
  • Oversee office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees as needed.
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support daily operations.
  • Collaborate with HR teams globally to ensure consistent practices and policies.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects across regions.
  • Act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees worldwide.
Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 + years of experience in HR coordination and office administration, preferably in a global setting.
  • Strong understanding of Maltese HR processes and best practices.
