FC - Financial Controller

• Direct and oversee all day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, billing, inventory management, and resource allocation
• Prepare and present comprehensive monthly management packs and Business Intelligence (BI) reports to senior leadership
• Act as the MDs "right-hand," evaluating new business opportunities, pricing strategies, investments, and business combinations across the Group
• Lead the annual budgeting process and provide continuous reforecasting to align with strategic goals
• Proactively manage Group liquidity, banking relationships, and working capital, including the preparation of bank proposals
• Manage all statutory requirements, including VAT, income tax filings, payroll processing, and the preparation of annual financial statements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors to ensure a seamless annual audit process
• Investigate financial variances by gaining a deep understanding of the commercial and operational drivers of the healthcare sector

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or Senior Accountant role, preferably within the healthcare, importation, or retail sectors
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable commercial insights and strategic advice
• High level of expertise in financial reporting software, BI tools, and advanced Excel
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage small teams and collaborate effectively with executive-level stakeholders
• Deep understanding of local tax laws (VAT/Income Tax) and financial reporting standards
