- Lead the development and implementation of strategic media plans in partnership with the brand team and media agency.
- Oversee the planning and execution of media activity across multiple channels, including TV, Video on Demand, Radio, Digital Audio, Print, Out of Home, and Partnerships.
- Ensure that all media plans are aligned with business objectives and support the overall marketing strategy.
- Manage the evaluation of media effectiveness through Marketing Mix Modelling, providing insights that drive future media investment decisions.
- Support in contract negotiations and renewals for multi-million-pound media partnerships, ensuring the best value and outcomes for the business.
- Work closely with internal teams (Creative, Brand, Commercial, Insight, Digital Media, and Finance) to ensure seamless execution of media plans.
- Oversee budget management, ensuring media spend is on-budget, signed off, and tracked accurately.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing media team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Extensive experience in media strategy, planning, and effectiveness measurement within a large-scale organization.
- Strong expertise in Marketing Mix Modelling and data-driven media decision-making.
- Proven success in managing large media budgets and delivering impactful campaigns.
- Experience in contract negotiations and managing key media partnerships.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong leadership and people management capabilities, with a passion for team development.
